London Diamond Drilling Services Training and Development Policy
The main resource of London Diamond Drilling Services is its employees.
The training and development policy is concerned with the continued
development of all employees whether or not they have entered the
company through formal training schemes. The policy covers both formal
training and the conscious and systematic development of an individual's
ability in the performance of their job. It embraces management training,
supervisory training, craft training and specialist or professional
training in specific techniques. As a result, when training needs
are identified within the organisation these can be analysed by professional
training staff and course programmes agreed with local managers. These
are then implemented using a group training centre and London Diamond Drilling Services personnel.
All London Diamond Drilling Services operatives are CITB trained and hold current CSCS cards. Clients
can request sight of any employees' certification at the start of
a contract.
